I’ve spent over 20 years designing and implementing the processes that bring next-generation Windows operating systems and Surface hardware to life, rebuilding Microsoft’s Visitor Center into a dynamic destination that welcomes over 100,000 visitors a year with live shows, commercials, special events, and hands-on experiences featuring the latest consumer technology, and leading high-pressure technology upgrades inside live banking environments as an IBM team lead — always delivering projects on time, under budget, and with complete peace of mind for the people counting on me.
I bring that same real-world expertise and caring approach home to Manatee and Sarasota. I’m passionate about helping locals make technology reliable, secure, and truly easy to use. What I enjoy most is turning complicated setups into simple, practical solutions that give my neighbors real peace of mind. With over 12 years in clinical systems support and user training at major hospitals, I’ve helped lead significant technology transitions and supported critical healthcare operations. I played a key role in the complex shift from Cerner to Epic at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, provided hands-on technical support and training for medical staff at Manatee Memorial and Intercoastal, managed database systems, built and taught Tableau reporting solutions, and helped maintain essential services during the major 2024 Change Healthcare cyber-attack.
